If for any reason you are not satisfied with your edited files, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving them. In most cases we will first offer to revise the images to your satisfaction under our Revisions Policy, and many concerns are resolved quickly that way. If you would still prefer a refund, we will provide one within the 7-day window.
On-time delivery guarantee
When you place an order, we provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the edits you have requested, and we commit to the ETA agreed on our website. If we are unable to deliver within that timeframe, we will reach out to propose a new ETA. If the revised timeframe does not meet your needs, or if we fail to deliver by the new ETA, you are entitled to a full, no-questions-asked refund for the project.
